The following guidelines will be followed in the enforcement of the Sunset Cove Parking Regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1st<\/sup> Violation<\/strong> – An\norange violation sticker highlighting the violation will be attached to the\nvehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2nd<\/sup> Violation<\/strong> – An orange violation sticker will be attached to the vehicle stating the violation and a written warning that the next violation will result in the vehicle being towed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 3rd<\/sup> Violation<\/strong> – The\nvehicle will be towed \u2013 no<\/strong> warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4th<\/sup> Violation or more<\/strong> – The\nvehicle will be towed \u2013 no<\/strong> warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Violations<\/strong> will continue to accumulate until new\ndecals are issued – approximately one (1) year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If there is a dispute<\/strong>\nabout a violation, a vehicle owner will be given the opportunity to appeal any<\/strong>\nviolation to the Board at a regularly scheduled Board meeting. The vehicle\nowner<\/strong> will supply the evidence to the Board to validate their claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The appeal may\nNOT<\/strong> be based on the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n All<\/strong> parking information on Restrictions,\nGuidelines, Commercial Vehicles, and Enforcement will be posted on the Sunset\nCove Website: sunsetcovehoa.net<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
