Commercial vehicles are <strong>not<\/strong> allowed on driveways and parking pads but are allowed to be parked inside the garages in Sunset Cove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, \u201cCommercial Vehicle\u201d describes a vehicle, which\nfrom viewing the exterior of the vehicle or any portion thereof, shows or tends\nto show or display equipment. Examples of commercial vehicles include, but are\nnot limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vehicles exhibiting the following characteristics:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vehicles with a maximum load capacity of one (1)\nton or more.<\/li><li>Vehicles which cannot fit within a garage on the\nunit property.<\/li><li>Vehicles with accessories exhibiting in plain\nview the storage of tool\/equipment, such as, but not limited to, construction\nequipment materials, tools, and\/or ladders.<\/li><li>Racks for conduit, glass, countertops, tools,\npipe, or other construction materials.<\/li><li>Mounted fixtures, such as mounted generators,\nfuel pumps, tanks, and\/or welding machines.<\/li><li>Tools stored above the level of the bed, stacked\nabove the level of the bed, and\/or attached to an accessory.<\/li><li>Ladder racks<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Vehicles\nfor hire for the transportation of persons or goods such as:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Taxi cabs (marked)<\/li><li>Buses (public, school, group, or converted for\nrecreational use)<\/li><li>Limousines<\/li><li>Trucks with more than six (6) wheels<\/li><li>Panel trucks, which shall mean vehicles with a\nfully enclosed body. Typically, but not limited to, has no rear windows in the\nrear cargo area.<\/li><li>Box Trucks<\/li><li>Flatbed Trucks<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Examples of vehicles\nnot considered to be commercial vehicles include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Temporary use automobile dealer courtesy cars.<\/li><li>Vehicles with displayed advertising that will be\nparked inside the garage.<\/li><li>Truck tool boxes with lids or doors closed which\nare mounted or seated immediately behind the cab of a truck (not mounted along\nor down the sides or across the bed).<\/li><li>Municipally owned Police or Fire Automobiles or\nSUV\u2019s.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sunsetcovehoa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Commercial-Vehicles-in-Sunset-Cove-2019-1.pdf\">Downloadable copy of the Commercial Vehicle restrictions in SunsetCove<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adopted November, 2019 Effective January 1, 2020 \u201cCommercial vehicles\u201d are vehicles, regardless of size, on which commercial lettering or equipment are visible, and\/or are generally larger than normally used for noncommercial purposes.
