{"id":154,"date":"2019-12-19T01:04:30","date_gmt":"2019-12-19T01:04:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sunsetcovehoa.net\/?page_id=154"},"modified":"2023-01-25T15:23:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T15:23:36","slug":"restrictions-on-vehicles-and-parking-guidelines-for-sunset-cove","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sunsetcovehoa.net\/index.php\/restrictions-on-vehicles-and-parking-guidelines-for-sunset-cove\/","title":{"rendered":"Restrictions on Vehicles and Parking Guidelines for Sunset Cove"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Restrictions on Vehicles and Parking Guidelines for Sunset Cove \u2013 1\/1\/ 2023<br>Under the Sunset Cove documents recorded in January, 2017, Article XIII Section 1 (k), (i) through (xii) of the <strong>Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Sunset Cove<\/strong>, the <strong>Restrictions on Vehicles and Parking for Sunset Cove<\/strong> were listed. In addition to these restrictions, the Sunset Cove Board of Directors has adopted additional guidelines while remaining within these listed restrictions. It is understood that all residents will be held responsible for the guidelines below in addition to those in <strong>Article XIII Section 1 (k), (i) through (xii)<\/strong>. It is the intent of the Board to be clear, consistent, and fair to all residents and visitors in Sunset Cove with these revised guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>GENERAL RESIDENT AND VISITOR PARKING<\/strong><br><br>1.) <strong>Only<\/strong> normal passenger vehicles are allowed on the streets, driveways, and parking pads in Sunset Cove except for those enclosed in a garage.<br>2.) Commercial vehicles, as defined on the attached page, are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>not <\/strong><\/span>allowed on the driveways and parking pads in Sunset Cove except for those enclosed in a garage.<br>3.) Commercial vehicles may park on the street during the time they are performing a service in Sunset Cove, but not overnight.<br>4.) <strong>Resident<\/strong> vehicles <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>must<\/strong><\/span> be parked in their own driveway or in their own garage.<br>5.) For <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>all<\/strong><\/span> vehicles, tarps\/coverings are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>not<\/strong><\/span> permitted unless enclosed in a garage.<br>6.) Parking on the grass is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>not<\/strong><\/span> permitted for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>all<\/strong><\/span> vehicles in Sunset Cove.<br>7.) <strong>No<\/strong> vehicles may be parked on the streets of Sunset Cove between 12am and 5am.<br>8.) <strong>Residents<\/strong> and <strong>Visitors<\/strong> are to obey <strong>all<\/strong> posted signs and yellow curbs throughout Sunset Cove.<br>9.) All vehicles parked in Sunset Cove are subject to ticketing and\/or towing, <strong>without notice<\/strong>, for any violations of these guidelines <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and<\/span> <strong>Article XIII Section 1 (k), (i) through (xii)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>VISITOR PARKING ONLY<\/strong><br><br>1.) The <strong>Visitor<\/strong> Parking Spaces will be clearly posted by signs throughout the community.<br>2.) Any <strong>Resident <\/strong>vehicle found in a <strong>Visitor <\/strong>Parking Space may be ticketed and\/or towed, <strong>without notice<\/strong>.<br>3.) <strong>Any<\/strong> vehicle in the same <strong>Visitor <\/strong>Parking Space for 72 hours without moving, will be ticketed and subject to towing <strong>without notice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>RESIDENT TEMPORARY PARKING ONLY<\/strong><br><br>1.) The <strong>Resident<\/strong> Emergency Parking Spaces will be clearly posted by signs throughout the community.<br>2.) Any <strong>Resident<\/strong> parking in a <strong>Resident <\/strong>Emergency Parking Space <strong>must <\/strong>have a Sunset Cove permit. This permit will be a decal attached to the lower driver\u2019s front windshield.<br>3.) A formal application for a permit will be mailed to the <strong>Resident<\/strong> upon the <strong>Resident\u2019s<\/strong> request to AMI. The permit application is to be completed, signed, and sent to AMI.<br>4.) There will be (<strong>1<\/strong>) permit allowed per unit for each of the 135 units in Sunset Cove.<br>5.) The permit (decal) is valid for (<strong>1<\/strong>) year. If you need a new permit during that year, you must remove the decal from the windshield and submit it with another formal application for a new permit.
